AZ EAST VALLEY NJB CHAPTER SPONSORSHIP FACTS
The AZ East Valley NJB organization, is a non-profit 501(c)3 entity (TIN: 86-0852979). All collected funds are wholly and solely used for the furthering of NJB in the Gilbert community. All funds are at the discretionary use of the AZ East Valley NJB board of directors to aid the organization in performing the following:
- Fund registration scholarships for players from lower income families
- Support the operations of the current season
- Fund post-season tournament and National NJB All-Star team events
- Promote NJB Chapter expansion programs in the AZ East Valley

AZ EAST VALLEY NJB CHAPTER SPONSORSHIP PLEDGE AGREEMENT
For your sponsorship pledge, the AZ East VAlley NJB Chapter agrees to help promote and advertise your individual and/or company's generosity in the following manner:
- Display and make available your company’s advertisements1 at local AZ East Valley NJB game venues
- All sponsors will be listed in the AZ East Valley NJB website (www.azeastvalleynjb.org), as well as in the National NJB All-Star tournament program of which a copy will be reserved for you
- All AZ East Valley NJB Team and Chapter sponsors will receive a team plaque and your company name will appear on our sponsorship appreciation banner that will be displayed at local Gilbert NJB game venues
- Other benefits may be presented to your company as the opportunities occur
1 Flyers, cards, and any other form of promotional advertising items must be approved by the AZ East Valley NJB Chapter BOD in advance of their distribution
